Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under our return process where applicable.
Returns
Customers may request a return if they receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Requests should be made within a reasonable period after delivery.
Returned items should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without reasonable cause may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Eligible clothing items may be exchanged for another available size or the same product where stock is available. Exchange requests remain subject to product inspection and approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Inno-Vara Solutions.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or exchanges may not be available for:
- Products damaged after delivery through customer misuse.
- Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale.
- Items returned without approval where required.
